Prepares great-tasting Real Pit Bar-B-Q, ensuring that all items are completed in a timely fashion, while communicating with front of the house staff and management.
Thaws, slices, smokes, mixes, bakes, and prepares produce, proteins and baked foods necessary to meet daily business needs. Cooks food to Sonny’s standards and ensures the needs of the kitchen, management, and guests are met.
Cleans dining items and all restaurant areas to provide a sanitized and aesthetically pleasing restaurant experience to guests. Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment.
